Another softie + tote bag birthday gift. This time, Olive the Owl (that's her, above) and an "I" tote bag are headed to Florida for Isla's first birthday (which, yes, was a week ago). I love the way Olive turned out...very girly and spring-like. She and Dilly are not only my first softies; they're also the first time I've ever embroidered anything. (Don't look too close, ok?)
This tote bag uses the same method as the one in the last post (HeatnBond, same fabric on Olive's back). I like these tote bags so much, I might have to consider making one for myself! But, this one's for Isla...hope you like it, honey!
